We are committed to limiting our impact on the environment. We maintain a travel when necessary practice, and wherever possible base our colleagues from their home office to limit travel impact. We aim to ensure that when selecting new partners they have sustainability policies.
Consilient is proud of our strong corporate governance practices, which apply across our company. Consilient’s By-Laws and Employee Handbook requires all Consilient directors, officers, employees and contractors to act with integrity and adhere to the highest standards of honest and ethical conduct. We encourage and support ongoing development and education of our directors and officers.
Consilient has a rigorous board and management structure as described in our By-Laws which detail our corporate governance practices including, but not limited to, levels of financial authority for the directors, meeting and approval governance, stockholders and board meetings and activities of the board and directors’ duties.
